Bill Bolton is a senior business leader with proven success in providing the vision, strategy, and leadership required to grow manufacturing companies.  An expert at creating value and transforming businesses through the introduction of new products and expansion into target markets, Bill brings more than 20 years of experience identifying opportunities, developing business plans, and delivering strong revenue growth and profitability.

Beginning his career in the automotive supplier parts industry, Bill led sales for Kill and Bolton Associates and later became President of the company.  During his tenure, he grew sales from $15 million to $300 million before successfully selling the business to Methode Electronics (METH) in 2003.  Bill then acquired a nearly bankrupt company and transformed it into a fast-growing supplier of military vehicle components known as Bolton Conductive Systems.  After tripling the size of the business, he successfully sold the company to Stoneridge, Inc. (SRI) in 2013.

As Vice President of the Sportfishing Sector at Elvisridge Capital, Bill leverages his extensive industry experience and relationships to drive strategic growth, support portfolio company leadership, and help build market-leading brands across the platform.
