Scott is responsible for the firm’s overall investment strategy and operations, and oversees all aspects of the deal process at Elvisridge—from sourcing and due diligence to structuring and post-investment management. He works closely with our portfolio companies to help drive long-term growth and value creation.

With more than 25 years of experience advising, financing, acquiring, and operating businesses, Scott has executed over $12 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions. In addition to his investing experience, he co-founded and grew a successful building products company and served as CEO of a private equity-backed manufacturing business.

Scott earned a degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
