First-Year Strategy

Our philosophy toward purchasing small businesses is to give them room to thrive. During the first year following most acquisitions, we make changes only around the edges — making decisions that allow them to continue operating profitably without too much disruption.

During the first year, we also evaluate personnel to see where resources can be added or enhanced with improvement in mind.
