Surface Innovation is an operating platform of Elvisridge Capital formed in 2026 to align Innovative Concrete Technology (ICT) and Surfacelogix under a coordinated structure. The platform strengthens operational integration across manufacturing, product development, and sales within the decorative concrete and hardscape sector.
While preserving the distinct brands and market positions of ICT and Surfacelogix, Surface Innovation establishes shared infrastructure to enhance scalability and long-term growth. A unified sales organization now provides customers and distribution partners with a single point of contact across both brands. Manufacturing continues at ICT’s Lakeland, Florida facility and Surfacelogix’s Pompano Beach, Florida facility, supporting continuity of supply and consistent quality standards.

Surfacelogix
Surfacelogix has been providing high-quality paver sealers, cleaners, surface preps, and other products to beautify driveways, patios, pools, paths, and more for more than 70 years.
As a manufacturing company in the landscape sector, their products are distributed to contractors through Landscape and painting wholesalers/retailers. Our strategy is to continue to expand distribution as well as adding additional complementary products.
The partnership with Elvisridge Capital provides Surfacelogix with financial backing and industry experience critical to expanding its distribution footprint.

Innovative Concrete Technology
Established in 1996, Innovative Concrete Technology (ICT) is Elvisridge Capital’s second acquisition in the decorative concrete and hardscape industry. ICT is an industry leader in manufacturing coatings, sealants, and systems that renew, protect, and beautify concrete and hardscapes. ICT manufactures its products using the most advanced materials and processes available, and all customers receive technical and training support from the company’s leading team of experts.
ICT’s products are available through leading pool and landscape distributors and retailers. Our strategy is to expand ICT’s geographic footprint and add complementary products.

BBS Tech
Headquartered in Erlanger, KY, BBS Tech, LLC (BBS) was founded in 1994 to manufacture Spiderwire, the first significant high-performance braided fishing line brand. Since then, BBS has evolved into the most knowledgeable manufacturer of braided fishing lines worldwide. Over its history, the company has produced products for almost every major international brand and is now the last remaining US-owned and based manufacturer of high-performance lines valued by the serious angler.
Using its 26 years of experience and knowledge, BBS developed FINS, its own brand of ultra-high-weight-molecular polyethylene high-performance braided fishing line. FINS provides a full range of products in various colors and tensile strengths that offer superior performance in any situational fishing experience.
By partnering with Elvisridge Capital, BBS has the financial backing to expand capacity and invest in marketing to increase the growth of its FINS branded products.

Glacier Outdoor
Established in 1982 as “Glacier Glove,” Elvisridge Capital rebranded the company to Glacier Outdoor (“Glacier”) in 2022 to reflect the growing breadth of the company’s specialty product offering. Glacier makes gloves using quality fabrics and designs that provide warmth, dexterity, and protection for fishermen, hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and individuals who work in cold and wet environments. In addition, Glacier makes hats, sun hoods, and other sun protection products that help people extend their time spent outdoors safely and comfortably. The company sells its branded specialty products through retail stores, distributors, and online.
Elvisridge Capital has helped Glacier add distribution channels, increase the speed and range of product development, and provide resources to expand its sales and marketing program.

In 2025, Luna Sea joined the Elvisridge Capital portfolio, further strengthening our presence in the fishing industry alongside FINS Fishing and Glacier Outdoor. The addition of Luna Sea expands our capabilities within the category and supports continued growth across our fishing platform.
